IMPORTANT:
1)      Because of poor weather conditions in past years, Greenwich will be providing a heated tent at the launch site for athletes for warm-up and stretching.
No crew will be allowed to launch if not properly attired**.  Therefore, to compete athletes must wear
(1) a ski hat/hood/baseball cap,
(2) long sleeves
(3) long spandex must be worn for the duration of your time on the water
The dockmaster must check off these three items before allowing a crew to launch. Please remember so you can race!
As the coaches say:IF SKIN IS SHOWING, YOU AREN’T ROWING!”

** Properly attired and prepared means:
Long pants (spandex, fleece, sweat pants) - water resistant if it’s raining/snowing
Long sleeve top (racing shirt, fleece, windbreaker, jacket)
Change of dry clothes and shoes
Extra socks
Warm shoes or boots
Gloves and A HAT!

2)   Waiver for this regatta is the US Rowing Waiver.  All US Rowing Waivers must be completed by Monday, March 24th.

3)    All athletes need to be AT THE TRAILER 2 hours before their race.

4)    Athletes are free to leave after their boat is back on the trailer, all equipment put away, and released by their coach.
